Common FAQs I get about Coaching:

 
  • A partnership to help you find your path forward. Technically, it’s a discussion based on a topic you bring whether it’s a problem, goal, hurdle to overcome, or dream you want to achieve. We spend the time working through it and at the end of each conversation you will leave with actionable steps to achieve that goal.

    We spend time understanding how to take all your experiences, knowledge, hopes, and beliefs to propel you forward with clarity and momentum to take the first step toward achieving your goal.

    I’m not here to help you heal from your past but I’m REALLY good at helping you find your path forward.

  • I am not a: therapist, Spiritual counselor, health coach, consultant, psychic, anything else other than a professional coach.

  • Each call is between 30 and 90 minutes.

  • We will pick a cadence that is right for you whether it’s every other week, every 3 weeks, once a month, etc… We find a time and cadence that works best for you!

  • During the introductory call we will discuss what you are looking for and then we build a program that fits your needs whether personal or your companies needs if there are designated deadlines we need to meet.

  • During the introductory call we will create a program that fits your schedule and your budget. I don’t charge per call, I’m here for you and the impact on your life, so I work one on one with everyone I coach to create a program specifically catered to you.

  • General questions to spark your thinking about what may be most valuable for us to talk about:

    ·      What is the one thing that we could discuss that would make the biggest difference in your life right now?

    ·      To consider this a successful call, what do you want to walk away with that you don't have right now? 

    ·      What would you like to be doing more of or differently? 

    ·      What's the thing that keeps getting in your way of the success/results you want? Or who you want to be? 

    ·      What strength or talent are you not maximizing in your life? 

    ·      What's your role in what's working in achieving your goal? What's your role in what's not working as well in achieving your goal?

  • Do you have the feeling that something more is out there for you?

    Do you have a feeling that God is calling you to something greater but can’t figure out what that is?

    Are you ready for a change or have a goal but have no idea what to do or how to get there?

    Do you process by talking through things?

    Have you tried ‘everything else’ and nothing has stuck?

    Have a dream but don’t know where to start?

    Are you ready to take action instead of just thinking about it?
